Sameer is building Coverpage Ventures to leverage his Business and Growth leadership experience of over 20 years across cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Portfolio management, Investment banking (both buy-side and sell-side), Strategy and Corporate Development.

He continues to be an Investment Partner to growth stage entrepreneurs and advisor to mature stage companies and management in growing business and to overseas companies to enter India. Also acts as Mentor to young portfolio companies and entrepreneurs in scaling up their businesses.

Coverpage Ventures also is the base for currently his own angel investments - directly or through various established angel networks..
